Sonic is old news :(

I mean, I love Sonic the Hedgehog as much as the next guy....

And he was excellent in SSBB....

But all the games starring him are becoming lamer and lamer with each release. Sure the diehard sonic fans will argue and refute my proposal, but srsly, Sonic is soon to become one of those characters that will become just a memory of the 8-bit era. Crying or Very sad

I don't want to see Sonic lost to time, but to me, it just seems inevitable.

I happen to be..well use to be a Die hard fan, but recently I've been too... embarrassed? to go out and purchase the new games, which from the demos I've played are extreme lameness to the max! (you get what im saying right?)

Mmm, Sega needs to go back to its roots with Sonic. They added so much to the new games, that it distracts people from what made the franchise good to begin with. From what Ive heard, Unleashed is supposed to put the focus back on Sonic like it used to be, so no more Sonic getting pwned by all the other characters I hope. XD But I also hope that they dont blow it with this whole werehog junk.... sounds stupid to me.

Hmm, never a huge fan of them (I liked the cute cuddly little characters but that's about it) but the new games do pretty much suck
